Coaching sessions will challenge your thinking, develop your own capacity to think independently and support you to achieve the best possible outcomes you can.

Coaching sessions are run as a Thinking Environment so the principle aim is for you to have time and space to think deeply and in confidence about your life and work. I will be there to encourage and support your independent thinking and to help challenge any assumptions stopping you from achieving all that you'd like to.  Any input is given from a place of the 10 components, so is very mindful of equality, information and ease.

The sessions will challenge your thinking, develop your own capacity to think independently and support you to achieve the best possible outcomes you can. 

Sessions are 90 minutes long and will be held at a time and date that is convenient for you – fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or on an ad-hoc basis. We meet on Zoom at a time to suit, including evenings. 

 1:1 coaching will give you time to think deeply about your life and work so that you can make the impact you want, in a way that feels authentic and is energising for you. 

You will leave the session with increased clarity, focus and energy.
