It has enabled me to develop much more as a coach but also as an independent thinker. It has made me realise the power of true listening, without interruptions, to enable productive independent thinking. 

I feel so much more prepared and in fact excited about hosting group coaching sessions now. I have everything I need to feel confident in this approach knowing that it will deliver for my clients.
