About the Time to Think Foundation course

This two-day course is a great introduction to the Thinking Environment specifically for people who want to use their learning to improve their facilitation and chairing skills. Designed with group application in mind, it’s ideal for anyone who has to lead meetings, chair and facilitate group discussions or deliver workshops.

Working through some practical learning, you’ll discover the Thinking Environment in the context of group work to confidently facilitate group thinking and communication. You’ll learn to engage and involve all contributors, ensuring everybody is heard and understood in a way that very often transforms the act of attending ‘meetings’ into something really fruitful. The course will significantly improve your listening skills, so you can positively affect performance through everyday conversations, unleash the creativity of those you work with and create a highly constructive culture within any team or group.

Even with just one or two things from this course, any meeting you facilitate would be massively improved. The diverse mix of participants was a delight. Sophie is a gifted presenter/facilitator and mixes gentle tenacity with grit and determination – this is the way to facilitate meetings. So simple and yet more effective than any other previous methodology I’ve encountered. I feel so much more prepared, even excited about hosting group coaching sessions now. I have everything I need to feel confident in this approach knowing that it will deliver for my clients.
