I came to the course hoping to learn how to use the Thinking Environment. What I learned was how to 'be' a Thinking Environment.
Sophie is awesome, she understands the Thinking Environment to a really deep level and can apply that to real world experience.
This is a course for grown ups - no infantalising, lecturing or downloading - just 'being' the Thinking Environment.
Be prepared to learn a lot about yourself as well as the content.

The 2 days offered a space to learn about the elements which will enable me to hold my classes / meetings / 1-2-1s in a Thinking Environment. I saw what I had learned from reading the 2 Time to Think books in action, in more specific detail with the chance to ask when I was not sure I had understood something correctly.
A powerful and experiential learning experience where you are fully immersed in the building blocks that helps to create a thinking environment for both individuals and teams. The course also provides you, as the participant, with valuable time and space to think for yourselves. I would highly recommend it!
The entire course was useful and it’s rare that so much of a course provides this. It will be life changing in terms of how I treat people when they are speaking which hopefully will impact on them. Sophie was an excellent tutor and so knowledgeable about the underpinning concepts and theory; absolutely nothing phased her.
